After discovering Belmont through TNN in the early 90′s during a Trisha Yearwood interview, Rusty couldn’t wait to move to Nashville. The education and connections made at Belmont helped him get his foot in the door on Music Row. Rusty owns his own publishing company with two partners Tim Nichols and Connie Harrington, This Music with Warner/ Chapel. They have had five number ones, and 12 award winning songs.
